For many of us, Mother’s Day brings much sorrow, either because we grieve the death of maternal figures who shaped us or because we grieve not having the kind of mothering we needed. In Joyfully Just, I talk about how grief can be joyful, so in this session, I'll guide you through practices to grieve maternal figures with joy.
We will explore our maternal relationships and learn ways to incorporate the blessings and lessons from them as we release painful feelings that block our access to wisdom. I’ll be incorporating music and poetry practices from Joyfully Just, many of which I've used in my practice as a grief therapist, so be sure to get your book now so you're ready.
Online: I will send you a Zoom link after you register.
